Haywards Heath must guard against promotion nerves as they tackle the three matches which can take them into the national leagues.
Heath go to London Nigerians tomorrow needing five points from their last three games to make sure of the title.
Victory at Norwich last week kept the Sussex side on course but they had to endure some nervy moments before top try scorer Henry Goodburn put them ahead in the closing stages.
Goodburn admitted: "There were a few nerves there but all we have got to do is win our remaining games.
"We don't have to do it in style. Winning by a point every week will do."
Full back Andy Cook and centre Giles Goodburn are away this week so Stuart Charnley and Nick Stocker return.
Charnley is named at right wing with Owen Ashton reverting to full back.
Worthing give a chance for two of this season's Sussex under-20s to shine as they go to Crowborough for Sunday's Sussex Trophy quarter-final.
John Reid starts at scrum half with Tom Monooigan propping.
Richard Vinter gets a call-up at lock and Aaron De Boer is in the back row as Jodie Levett rests a pulled hamstring. Centre Steve Imrie skippers the side. The winners play Haywards Heath in the semis.
Sussex Three champions Old Brightonians meet runners-up Ditchling in Sunday's Sussex Plate final at Hellingly.
OBs did the double over Ditchling in the league but a close game is expected.
