Albion boss Steve Coppell has hinted at returns for Richard Carpenter and Paul Brooker at Grimsby.
The pair missed last Saturday's 4-0 win against Watford with a virus. Brooker rejoined the squad earlier this week and Carpenter resumed training yesterday.
Coppell said: "I would change a team that has won 4-0, given there's just one more game to go and it's winner takes all. I've still got to chew on a couple of things, I haven't decided 100 per cent."
Bobby Zamora trained yesterday despite a slight throat infection and Ivar Ingimarsson has returned fit from Iceland's 3-0 friendly defeat in Finland.
Former Nottingham Forest centre half Steve Chettle and Richard Hughes, on loan from Portsmouth, are expected to be back for Grimsby.
