David Weedall's bizarre comedy is set in the gloomy near future, where gridlocked roads have given rise to a terrifying band of ruthless clampers.

This hellish band get their kicks out of charging motorists extortionate release fees for their vehicles or, worse still, assigning their cars to the crusher.

The action centres on a new recruit who emerges as the most ruthless clamper of them all. But her ambitions go beyond the busy streets of Blighty - could she be the person to change the world?
