I really did enjoy seeing Brighton Festival's wonderful parade of schoolchildren on Saturday, May 4.
The costumes were marvellous and I understand they were all made by mums, dads and relations.
The children had a very long wait and were all so good and well behaved.
They were getting a lot of pleasure blowing their whistles and making plenty of noise - as children do, bless them.
I am sure their parents and teachers were very proud of them.
When so many little ones are suffering in other countries, it was a delight to see these little children having such a lovely time.
I am sure everyone was cheered by this lovely parade. It certainly made my day.
God bless them and all who took part.
