There will be a conference in Hove Town Hall called A Place At The Table for people who feel excluded from society.
It costs £45 to attend, meaning it will exclude the very poor people who are excluded from society and may want to attend.
Secondly, I would like to ask why many organisations seem to want to employ a high percentage of foreigners? Could it be they are exploiting people who are willing to work for very low wages?
