Ever since Brighton and Hove City Council completely messed up the bottom of Church Street by turning two lanes of traffic into one, it has been an absolute nightmare.
Every weekend, you can't get up Church Street due to the long queue of vehicles trying to get into the NCP carpark, blocking the road.
Then, when you manage to get around them, you meet another long queue of vehicles trying to get into the NCP car park at the top of North Road.
But where are our saviours, whose job it is to move all this illegally parked traffic? They are nowhere to be seen.
It couldn't possibly be that they are also part of the NCP empire, could it?
