The time has come for people who would rather have a nature reserve on the same site as the planned football stadium to be heard.
How we will be counted, or even when, remains to be seen but the only possible way to find out is for the local government to hold an open debate.
The interesting part is everyone will benefit from a local nature reserve, even die-hard football fans, but only football fans will benefit from a stadium.
In a nutshell, I don't and never will want a stadium - no matter where - so the sooner somebody in the council listens, the sooner we can start a debate about what I do want built.
