Glamour girl Jordan will be swapping the top shelf for the top of a 165ft-high aerial slide.
She will be undertaking the challenge in Preston Park on July 27 to raise money for the Royal London Society for the Blind.
Daredevils have to raise a minimum sponsorship to hurtle down the giant zipwire in a special harness.
It covers 500 horizontal feet in seconds.
Jordan, who lives just outside the city, has a blind baby son Harvey with footballer Dwight Yorke.
