It seems the Brighton Dome has something very special to offer people - it's a great new venue which looks great and weird too.
I've been resident in Brighton for only two months and I saw Nitin Sawhney last week (who was so cool) and will see Courtney Pine in a few weeks' time.
That is amazing.
Combined with a really top-class festival, which was really diverse and such fun, the Dome seems so important to the vibrancy and life of Brighton and the South East community.
Sure, it costs money to fund and support it, but the council must see the Dome (and the Brighton Festival) is essential for Brighton and Hove.
Support the Dome - the silence of an empty venue would be deafening.
