Baroness Blatch did her utmost to outlaw Section 28 but sadly she did not succeed.

Homosexuals and lesbians are naturally welcome to their way of life - like heterosexuals - but neither has to go around with a label declaring their sexual preference.
Many children are unable to read and write grammatically. If they are unable to concentrate on these, they are not mature enough to make up their minds as to their sexuality.
I wonder if the London Oratory agrees with Section 28 and all it implies?
I can tell the authorities that if my daughter was at an age to attend school she would be withdrawn immediately.
