Smoking should be banned in all enclosed public places in Brighton and Hove. This wouldn't be necessary if smokers had not become so aggressive.
Not so long ago, people would consider other customers in restaurants.
Now they continually expel fumes throughout other people's meals.
Sybil Fawlty used to daintily pick at her food with a lit cigarette in hand as a grotesque caricature. Now she can be seen everywhere.
Let's hope the Primary Care Trust leans heavily on the council. Or do they want more cases of lung cancer, heart disease and strokes? Or worse, asthma and bronchitis?
Anyway, smoke completely ruins the taste of good food.
