If we get more very hot summers we may experience problems we hadn't bargained for.
A spray can of car paint exploded in my garage during the hot weather and showered my black car with red paint.
Fortunately most of the paint went on the closed garage door and it was the next day before I discovered the event, having heard nothing.
The can clearly states that it should not be stored at over 115 degrees.
My attached garage is on the shady side of the house so is cool but, with the outside temperature at almost 100, putting it in my hot black car is likely to have taken the temperature well over 115, especially with closed doors.
