Those seeking inspiration from the world of sport should make a date for the first Brighton Bears business breakfast.
The basketball team's head coach and owner Nick Nurse will be introducing his new squad at the breakfast and sharing his views on building a successful business.
The Bears had a fantastic season in 2002/3, getting more than 3,000 spectators at home games, winning the national cup and finishing runners-up in the league.
The Bears are the only UK team competing in Europe this season.
The event takes place at the Alias Seattle Hotel, Brighton Marina, on September 19, from 8am to 10am.
It costs £15 plus VAT, which includes an English breakfast.
To book, email justine@eventsteam.com.
