Sussex pair Dominic Harris and Joe Adams helped Glynde and Beddingham complete a fourth successive title success at the Sussex Junior Festival.
They shared a fifth-wicket partnership of 161 to help their side recover from 48-4 to 253-7 against Horsham in the under-16s' Bowl final at Arundel.
Harris, the county captain, was named player-of-the-match after making 125 and taking 2-20 and Adams hit 82.
Captain Rob Mouland took 3-41 as Horsham were dismissed for 170 in the 40-overs-a-side final.
Mouland said: "Our secret is team spirit. We have a nucleus of five or six players, including myself, Dominic and Joe, who played in all our wins.
"We play as a team and if one isn't scoring another will step up to take responsibility. That's what Dom and Joe did for us. It was brilliant to watch. They steadied the innings and then cut loose.
"Dom was outstanding. He loves performing in front of a big crowd. I'd rather have him in my side than against me.
"I did okay with the ball but I had to do something as I got a duck in our innings."
Manager Dave Adams, Joe's father, said: "It is the first time we've won the under-16s title. Horsham beat us the only other time we made the final of the age group. It is a young side and our fielding improved for the final."
Glynde were unbeaten in group matches which qualified them for the final.
They defeated Eastergate off the last ball with Mouland (49 not out), Ross Blackford (41), Wayne Puttick (5-20) and Chris Blunt (3-12) starring.
Puttick (4-9), Lewis Gimple (3-13), Harris (2-24), Blackford (33 not out) and Callum Smith (21) helped ensure success against Lewes Priory. Mouland (77 not out and 3-28) led by example as Glynde defeated Preston Nomads. Puttick (61 not out), Smith (22), Charlie White (2-7) and Ben Thompson (2-17) assisted.
Harris cracked 77, Mouland 42, Smith 42 and Blackford 40 not out in a draw against St James's Montefiore (Ditchling). Blackford (4-29), Puttick (2-27) and Blunt (2-19) impressed with the ball.
Ollie Rogers scored an unbeaten 92 to set up a 48-run victory for Worthing over Horsham B in the under-16s' Shield final at Bognor.
Manager Casey Lee, whose son Casey junior opened the Worthing innings, said: "We haven't won a Festival title in 30 years. We took the under-16s in 1973 when the age group was one competition. But our colts disbanded and weren't reformed until three or four years ago when I became manager.
"Victory is a reward for all the hard work. We have won every game this season and completed a double because we lifted the Arun and Chichester League title."
Rogers led Worthing to 188-6 and then took 2-35 in eight overs with his swing bowling. Medium-pacer Victor Manley claimed 4-17 as Horsham finished on 140-8.
Horsham are only the second club to produce two under-16s finalists in the same year after Chichester Priory in the Eighties.
Horsham manager Alan Barnett said: "We put the B side in for experience. Glynde beat us in the under-12 and under-14s finals."
Horsham B boss Lawrence Brookman added: "We didn't expect to get to the final. The oldest players we had were under-15s."
