A sensational last ten minutes from Eastbourne Borough saw them beat Dover to go top, at least until Worcester won their evening game.
Goals from skipper Daren Pearce, Scott Ramsay and a first for the club from Steve Yates saw them snatch all three points.
Dover took took the lead on 69 minutes when Lee Spiller glanced home Jamie Day's corner.
Pearce headed home Ben Austin's cross before Ramsay fired home from 12 yards after the ball fell at his feet on 85 minutes.
This sent the Borough fans into a frenzy and it got better when substitutes Andy Ducille and Mark Goodwin combined to set up the other sub Yates, whose deflected 25-yarder hit both posts and the bar before sneaking in.
