I agree with Sharon Daye's and Tony Lester's comments (Letters, August 20) about womens' skimpy bikini tops and comments from readers in previous editions about the bare chests of men in food stores.
Food stores should enforce a cover-up rule.
I have no desire to be confronted with scantily-clad people in the aisle or brush against someone's perspiring flesh while reaching for my bananas. Disgusting.
Is it really that much of a sacrifice to keep a T-shirt handy in the car to slip on when shopping for food?
I can't understand why people are surprised when asked to cover up by a member of staff.
