A team at Worthing Museum and Art Gallery were inundated with entries for an art competition.
Children were invited to design a poster to advertise the museum at tourist attractions and hotels.
A museum spokesman said: "The designs were many and varied, with teddy bears and dinosaurs the most popular choice of subject."
Six-year-old Olivia Sturla's design was chosen as the overall winner and has been transformed into a glossy, colourful poster.
Olivia's design, based on the museum's Victorian nursery, was a hit with all the curators, who felt her lively drawing summed up how much fun a visit to the museum can be.
She won a £10 voucher to spend at the museum's shop.
Eleanor Musgrove and Debbie Elcome were also winners in their age groups and won vouchers.
The winning designs, runners-up and a selection of other entries are on display in the museum's garden corridor.
