Shepherd Neame League: St James's Montefiore have won the second division and earned promotion back to the premier league from which they were relegated just 12 months ago.
St James's were put in by Lewes Priory and the controversial decision virtually cost the visitors the title.
The home side made 130 as Kashif Ibrahim took 7-38 but then Lewes Priory fared even worse to be sent reeling at 93 all out.

Aussie Peter Lewis was top scorer for the home side in their all out total of 203 with four balls left.
He made 64 and Martin Phillimore was last out for 47 in a vain attempt to win.
For Haywards Heath it was the off spin of Paul Edmunds, playing his first game for ten weeks after injury, that did the damage.
He took 6-9 and the medium pace of Stuart Faith was rewarded with 3-41.
Cuckfield have finished third in the table but 52 points away from promotion. With ground conditions somewhat wet a delayed start saw them face Sidley in a 35 overs-a-side contest.
The visitors, put in, made 132-8 of which Imran Javed with 64 played the major part. For Cuckfield Neil Divall was the pick of the bowlers, taking 3-10.
Tom Mole led the way for Cuckfield towards victory at 134-7. He hit 44 and Christian Piolet made 35.
Roffey and Littlehampton played out an exciting draw. A Roffey total of 196 all out was achieved mainly from the bat of Mark Jefferson, who hit 67, while 14-year-old Mike Norris made 41.
The pick of the visiting bowlers was Chris Hanks, who took 6-26.
In reply Littlehampton reached 189-9 as Jefferson also proved a demon with the ball in taking 5-35.
