People moving to Lancing and Sompting are to be welcomed with an information pack detailing a range of local services, from bin collections to housing.
The pack's launch coincides with a special Help Point Awareness Week, letting customers know where to go for help and information.
There are 18 help points in West Sussex. Adur District Council's help point, which opened in January, deals with an average of 2,175 customers each month. Staff handle most customers without referring them to another department.
The idea for the packs came from Marilyn Davies, a member of the help point team. She thought it would be sensible to put all the different forms and other useful information together for new residents.
The Adur Help Point team offers advice on a huge range of services.
Some of the most popular queries are about dustbin collections, concessionary travel, how to get rid of decent, but unwanted, furniture and housing problems.
Council leader Neil Parkin said: "I am pleased with the way the help point has progressed in such a short space of time.
"This service is great for our customers as most of their inquiries, including non-Adur council ones, are dealt with at a central point of help."
