The buck-toothed buffoon waves his tickling stick, talks to the Diddy Men and natters on about how tattyfilarious life is. THE SIGHTS, Freebutt, Brighton, Sept 8: These boys from Detroit began playing their sexy Sixties blend of pop, Motown and garage records at school. Comprising frontman Eddie Baranek, drummer Dave Shettler, Nate Cavalieri on organ and piano and Matt Hatch on bass, this grunge band hailed as the next big thing have shared a stage with the likes of The Datsuns and The Hiss. PANS PERSON, Komedia, Brighton, Sept 10: Described by The Guardian as the bastard offspring of Joyce Grenfell and Alan Bennett, Joanna Neary's character comedy involves her flouncing about the stage in an evening of entertainment.
