Former world boxing champion Chris Eubank has been handed his second £30 fine in two months for not wearing a seatbelt.
He was stopped by a police officer on a motorbike in Western Road, Hove.
Sergeant Marcus Stewart, of Sussex Police's road policing department, said: "I can confirm Chris Eubank was given a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt.
"Even if cars are going at a very slow speed, not wearing a seatbelt can cause major injuries to yourself and other road users.
"This is why the law is there and is enforced."
Mr Eubank had previously been ticked off and fined for the same reason earlier in the summer.
On July 31, the celebrity was snapped by a photographer after being stopped by police at the wheel of his open-top Jeep.
On that occasion he was handed a fixed penalty notice giving him 28 days to pay the £30 fine.
It had been claimed by a spokeswoman for Mr Eubank that he had stopped in Old Shoreham Road, Hove, to give officers his autograph.
But police later explained it had been because he was not wearing his seatbelt.
Mr Eubank is no stranger to trouble on the road, though he is more used to being told to pay up when his vehicle is stationary.
Brighton and Hove City Council parking attendants have dished out numerous tickets to Mr Eubank for parking his truck illegally.
The former world champion has been nabbed by parking wardens so many times that he made a plea for his own personal parking ticket amnesty.
He has claimed he should be allowed to park his famous 32ft truck for free wherever he wants in his home city because he is a tourist attraction.
However, council chiefs insisted he should be treated the same as anyone else.
His seven-tonne monster truck was towed to a car pound by Westminster City Council when parked illegally in west London in June.
Mr Eubank was unavailable to comment on his latest fine.
