Holders Ringmer will meet Crowhurst Park in the final of the East Sussex League's Golden Galleon Trophy on Saturday at Glynde.
Ringmer went through against Herstmonceux after posting 221 all out thanks to a steady 51 not out from opener Dave Smith plus quickfire knocks of 51 by Murray Barnett and 36 by Simon Pugh.
Richard Coomber struck 63 in reply but Herstmonceux closed on 193-6.
Crowhurst Park raced to 52-0 in ten overs and went on to post 235 all out thanks to Paul Lindfield (60), Paul Brookes (44) and Chris Philcox (40). Among the wickets for Seaford were Ed Jennings (4-64) and Chris Stanyard (3-27).
Seaford slumped to 7-3 and, despite 50 from John Reynolds, were dismissed for 154 with Brookes (3-36) the pick of the bowlers.
The Plate final will be contested between Battle and Rye. Ian Turvey top scored with 38 as hosts Heathfield Park made 187-6 but Battle passed that with three wickets and five balls to spare thanks to Alex Collier (41), Neil Mortimer (35) and Stuart Reeves (24 not out).
Division three champions Rye enjoyed a five-wicket win against DPB (Eastbourne), who were relegated from division one. Steve Oakes (42 not out) and Terry Penfold (40) helped DPB set 172-7 but Rye recovered from 68-5 to reach their target thanks to Nigel Hacking (67 not out) and Daniel Brownbill (41 not out).
