Fuming Horsham manager John Maggs promised sweeping changes after his side slipped to defeat at Bracknell Town in division one.
Maggs stormed: "We were pathetic. The team we played was the worst we've played and we had no answers.
"There's going to be a big shake-up and I'm going to turn it around. I don't care if in a month's time there are 11 new players on the pitch."
Bracknell's Gavin Smith scored from the spot on 19 minutes following a foul by Chris Hall on Adam Crittenden.
Crittenden set up Martin Douglas on 27 minutes but his shot was saved by Ian Chatfield only for Jon Palmer to hook home the loose ball.
Horsham reduced the deficit 12 seconds after the interval when Richard Davies pulled the ball back from the right and a Bracknell defender deflected it on to his own bar before leftback Simon Berry bundled the ball home.
