So, now someone wants to replace the Royal Pavilion with Tin Can Towers?
Here's a better idea still.
Brighton Town Hall can only be described as classically elegant, which makes it far too fuddy-duddy for this age of refined taste.
Stick Tin Can Towers there instead and see how Brighton residents (as opposed to Hove residents) like it.
Then, to enhance it both aesthetically and functionally even more, transfer the Hove tip there, spreading it haphazardly around the base - all council functions in one enormous dump.
Then bury Karis and all its leaders underneath. Voila! Problem solved (so long as one only looks west from Hove and not east).
