Next year work on the Brighton station site can commence to provide various facilities such as two hotels, Sainsbury superstore, student accommodation and a car park for 600 vehicles.
It also provides a green strip of land along New England Street to the railway arch.
It is not generally known that the plans provide for a power station at the end of New England Street to be powered by rotting vegetation.
This will mean lots of lorries going through this site.
