Meet Chloe, Lizzy, Katherine and Kimberley - they are Sussex's answer to Destiny's Child.
Following a gruelling Pop Idol-style audition, the foursome have been unveiled as the members of new girl band On Ice.
The group was formed by budding music mogul Sam Razavi.
The talented Sussex teenagers have just finished recording their first single, Don't Do That, which was written by Mr Razavi.
Described as R&B with a Mediterranean edge, Mr Razavi is hoping the band will be signed up to perform at the Brighton XO4 Music Festival at the Brighton Centre in March.
He hopes to complete their first album, taking inspiration from US chart toppers Destiny's Child, by January. Mr Razavi, 22, of Park Close, Coldean, said: "These girls are the whole package. They've got great looks, they're really sexy and their voices are incredible. They harmonise together fantastically. They've got the X factor that can take them all the way.
"I decided on the name because it suggests the girls are so hot, they need to be served on ice."
Two rounds of auditions to find the ideal band were held in Brighton last month.
Forty people turned out to the first and half were called back for a second attempt.
Mr Razavi is a recent graduate of Brighton's Academy of Creative Training and asked the drama school's dance coach Siou Hannam to put the wannabes through their paces.
He also enlisted the help of a voice coach to test the girls' vocal talents.
The final line-up for the group is Chloe du pre, 15, Lizzy Woolmer, 17, Katherine Gillett, 19 and Kimberley James, 18, all from Sussex.
Chloe, of Stone Cross, East Sussex, attends Seaford Head Community School.
She goes to singing classes, plays the piano and cello and attends dance lessons.
In March she won a competition to star in West End show Fame, when it visited Congress Theatre in Eastbourne.
She said: "Being in the group is like a dream come true. We harmonise so well when we sing together and we all get on fantastically. We feel like we've known each other all our lives."
Katherine Gillett, of Hove, attends Brighton Institute of Modern Music where she is perfecting her vocal and song-writing skills.
She said: "I'm really excited. I have always wanted to be in a band and now it has happened.
"Our first single sounds great and we really believe we can make it."
On Ice's album will be sent to record companies in the new year. It is being recorded at Lumen Studios, Islingword Road, Brighton.
