Glamour model Jordan has been told police are to take no action against her over an alleged nightclub assault.
The 25-year-old, who was recently cleared of speeding because officers failed to arrest her within 12 weeks of a warrant being issued, was accused of attacking a woman at a Birmingham nightclub.
Jordan, real name Katie Price, had been due to answer bail at an undisclosed police station in the force area.
But today her agent Dave Read said solicitors had advised him that West Midlands Police have dropped their inquiries.
He said: "I have been told that no further action is being taken against Katie and that she does not even have to answer bail."
Asked if the model, who lives near Brighton, was relieved about the decision, Mr Read replied: "She is more aggravated over the hassle of it all, but at least this spares her a drive up to Birmingham.
"She was surprised, really. Why go through all the bother of making a complaint when it is just going to be dropped?"
Jordan was arrested in August following an incident on July 5 at the Bambu nightclub, which is in the heart of Birmingham's Chinese quarter.
She had been enjoying a night out with nine friends and Mr Read when the alleged assault took place.
A West Midlands Police spokesman said: "We can confirm that bail has been cancelled and no further action is to be taken in this matter."
