Chris Dicker hit the only goal as Worthing set up a home tie against Kettering Town with victory at Dorking.
Defender Dicker settled an untidy game on 32 minutes by scoring from a 25-yard free kick by the right touch-line after a foul on Ben Carrington.
The ball crept in at the far post without getting a deflection to give Dicker his fourth goal of the season.
Much-changed Rebels had Sam Francis, Gavin Geddes and Paul Rogers on the bench and Clinton Moore started upfront with Mark Knee.
Dicker had another free kick saved by goalkeeper Stuart Baverstock before Moore wasted a fine opportunity to make the game safe by firing over on 63 minutes from a cross by substitute Geddes.
