Stuart Tuck, Darren Baker and Ben Austin are all doubtful for Eastbourne Borough's trip to Steve Claridge's premier division leaders Weymouth.
Borough's Tuck and Baker and a St Leonards player were all carried off the pitch at The Firs on Wednesday during the Sussex Senior Cup tie.
Fellow defender Austin has been plagued by a chronic back problem which has seen him missing from his usual rightback slot.
Borough beat Saints 3-0 to line up a third round clash with Burgess Hill but the result was marred by the injuries.
Borough boss Garry Wilson admitted: "Three of the regular back four are struggling to play tomorrow but Ben may make his comeback at Weymouth depending on how his back is."
Ryan Peters could make his first league appearance for Hastings United for six weeks after coming through Tuesday night's Senior Cup game without any adverse reaction to a knee injury.
Tony Burt is missing due to work committments.
