My mother, now 98, has been attended by carers from Ace-Medichoice for more than two years.
I was sad to read the criticism in The Argus (November 14) as she has been consistently treated with care and kindness.
She is now unable to walk but every effort is made to keep her comfortable and enable her to sit in an armchair or wheelchair when she is well enough. The carers are completely reliable and never once in the two years have I had to worry no one is coming to help her.
I have frequently been grateful for their advice when my elderly mother is particularly unwell.
I live with her and my father and the carers have sometimes fetched things for me when it is difficult to go out.
It is reassuring to have the same two carers coming daily so they know my mother well. But all the carers who come have been helpful.
If I have needed to ring the office the response has always been helpful and courteous. Our family life would be impossible without Ace-Medichoice.
