I fully agree with the idea of putting parking spaces underground (The Argus, November 15).
They are certainly better than spoiling areas by building massive parking "towers".
But there would have to be air ducts as with other projects underground.
And would removing large areas of soil be more expensive than erecting the buildings needed for parking.
