Lewes will be without winger Dwain Clarke for at least a month.
Clarke hobbled off after ten minutes of last week's win over Ashford Town (Middlesex) after taking a heavy blow to his left ankle.
X-rays have revealed there is no break although Clarke's leg has been put in plaster to protect the injury.
Marc Whiteman and Justin Harris remain on the sidelines but former West Ham and Bournemouth striker Mark Watson makes his league debut for the Rooks away to Hampton and Richmond tomorrow.
Eastbourne Borough boss Garry Wilson has admitted he will consider bringing in loan players in the next couple of weeks if their injury problems do not clear up.
Wilson fears Ben Austin (back) could be out for up to three weeks while Stuart Tuck (knee) is also struggling to play on Saturday when Chelmsford visit.
Wilson said: "We are okay but if we get many more injuries we may have to take a look at bringing someone in."
Worthing boss Alan Pook says there has been no interest in transfer-listed winger Wes Lopez.
Pook, meanwhile, will not be pursuing an initial inquiry for Lewes keeper Russell Tanner.
The Rebels entertain Banstead on Saturday and Pook hopes to have Glen Davies and Shaun Grice involved.
Ringmer's Chris Johnson is under investigation for allegedly assaulting a referee during the recent Sussex Senior Cup clash with Albion Reserves.
Johnson, who was sent off in the game for foul and abusive language, has been told he cannot play for the Blues in the meantime.
Ringmer say they will vigorously fight any charges that may be brought.
