I am writing about the way some builders carry on.

I need my roof repaired and was recommended a builder. The first time he was meant to come, he cancelled. The second time, he never came.

I phoned five times but he has not returned my calls. This so-called builder obviously is so well off he does not need any money.

It is a pity there are builders like this because I'm sure they are not all the same. I wish I could find one of the other kind.
