Haywards Heath have told their in-form pack to be ready for a battle royal in Bristol.
Heath visit Dings Crusaders in National Three South on Saturday aiming for a second successive away win.
Skipper Alex Meredith has been full of praise for his forwards in recent games but admits this test could be as tough as any they have faced.
He said: "It's not a very nice place to play but we are pretty confident.
"The forwards have been outstanding for us this season and we need them to keep performing.
"We've had a good week. We did a lot of rucking and fitness work on Monday and we had a run through last night to get some continuity."
Heath's front five have been taking opponents apart in recent weeks, allowing back row men like Glenn Rankin and Dave Wattam to get around the park effectively.
They are joined by Will DeGruchy as the breakaway trio.
There is a change in midfield, where the return of Vince Rolandi at centre means James Mackie reverts to outside half and Jon Graham returns to the bench after starting last week's agonising late defeat by Launceston.
Meredith added: "Jonny didn't do anything wrong and he can come off the bench but we have decided to bring Vinny back at No. 12."
Heath cap a busy weekend when club representatives attend a function at Leeds Castle on Sunday evening.
The county's only National League rugby club are among the candidates for the BBC South East Team of the Year Award.
