I have been told my mother lived in Brighton when I was born in 1936 and that she was of Jewish origin, although I was adopted as a baby and brought up in the Christian faith.

Her name was Hannah-Asher Hart. I believe she later became Mrs Joel and then Mrs Weymouth.

I believe she moved to Eastbourne at one time. In the 1970s I delved a little but my search ended without success.

Does anyone remember her or, better still, is anyone related? I would like to know at last who I am? If you can help me please contact:
