I was extremely disappointed with my local Tesco store at Holmbush.
My son is a Scout and the Scouts, for the past three years, have asked for donations while packing shopping to raise funds.
However, when the troop arrived at the Holmbush Centre before Christmas they were told that, due to health and safety regulations, they were no longer allowed to pack shopping.
I returned home and decided that after ten years, I no longer wished to be a customer there. I rang to explain the situation and to cash in £100 worth of saving stamps.
Tesco made me feel insignificant and, after several unhelpful phone calls with both the Shoreham store and head office, I was eventually refunded my cash.
Meanwhile Sainsbury's, West Hove, had offered to let the children bag-pack there and also provided them with a free drink.
