My friend and I are originally from Oldham but we have both lived in Brighton for many years.
As Brighton and Hove Albion are due to play Oldham Athletic at Withdean today, we decided we would like to watch the match.
We subsequently discovered they charge fans £21 to stand on a terrace at the mercy of the elements, whereas our home club only charge £14 under the cover of the stands. We would like to know what justification this club has to charge these outrageous prices for a Second Division football match.
Little wonder their recent gates have dropped by 1,000 per match to an average of 6,000.
