Yet again the council shows its blatant contempt for residents living in Regency ward with the introduction of communal bins.
The only contact residents have had with the council is about where the bins would be sited, not whether residents wanted them.
The council did not consulted residents and provided no information about the policy change. Residents who object are being ignored and there is no flexibility to allow streets where the majority of residents object to be withdrawn from the scheme.
Whatever happened to the listening council? It's a load of rubbish!
