Still, it gets his visage on the front of The Argus. We've heard it all before, Mr Eubank. What are you going to do - throw it a life-belt and give it the kiss of life?

As a true Brightonian, I would love to see the pier resurrected to its former glory but I live in the real world. So just let the old lady rest in peace.
