Alan Pook has warned his Worthing players to shape up or miss one of the biggest games in the club's history.
Pook insists anyone under-achieving in Saturday's crunch league game with Dulwich Hamlet will be dropped for Tuesday's FA Trophy replay with Hednesford.
Victory on Tuesday would earn Rebels a home tie against either Dover or Forest Green and the chance to become the first Sussex side to reach the last eight of this competition, but Pook says winning promotion to the Ryman premier division is more important.
He said: "Anybody who doesn't perform tomorrow won't play on Tuesday because I want to beat Dulwich as much as I want to beat Hednesford.
"Would I swap success in the FA Trophy for promotion? No, but I wouldn't mind both."
Ben Carrington has been ruled out for the season after suffering medial ligament damage in Tuesday's 1-1 draw at Hednesford.
Darren Freeman misses Saturday's game with a hamstring problem but Shaun Grice, Luke Fontana and Ross Venables all return while Glen Davies is hoping to be fit to play.
