Residents in and around Buckingham Road and the Brunswick area of Hove protested against the large bins which are now in place for a six-month trial period - taking up parking spaces which were already at a premium.
Just under the bridge on Hollingdean Road, there are many of these bins - and who are they serving?
I live on the Bristol estate where the council stopped us parking on the grass by putting up a fence.
Now if you move your car during the day, when you come home at night there are no spaces. We did ask if some of the grass could be replaced by bays which we could be charged for. The letter I got back said we need grassy areas.
Brighton and Hove City Council is replacing the kerbs all along Lewes Road from the bottom of Elm Grove towards The Vogue.
It is said that the council is just is just wasting this money because it is the end of the financial year.
Instead of wasting money, the council should spend it how residents want.
