A Crawley-based internet travel agency has been ranked 69th in a Top 100 Businesses to Work For list compiled by The Sunday Times.
Air Miles began in 1994 as a subsidiary loyalty scheme for British Airways, allowing frequent flyers to build up air mile points. Last year it was relaunched as a travel company competing with internet holiday booking agencies.
Managing director Drew Thompson sends out regular emails updating staff on company developments. Staff also enjoy an on-site gym, a nursery scheme and 25 days paid leave.
