I am writing to draw attention to the problem of people relieving themselves in public, with particular reference to Norfolk Square, Brighton.
More or less every time I leave my house, I have to walk past somebody who feels it's okay to urinate where they stand.
I am particularly annoyed about this as drinking in the streets has been banned, so effectively these people shouldn't even be there.
The council appears to be trying to make the square a more attractive place but what is the point if these people are allowed to continue behaving like animals?
