Horsham manager John Maggs was given a big vote of confidence with a resounding home win over Bracknell Town.
The players only discovered he had signed a new two-year contract before the game and then produced one of their best home performances of the season.
An own goal by Eddie French gave the visitors the lead just after half time, but two goals in 11 minutes by Lee Carney and Gary Charman turned the game around.
Late strikes by Andy Walker and Luke Gedling sealed the win which takes Horsham up to 14th in division one south, their highest position of the season.
Maggs said: "It was an excellent performance and an excellent result and I could not have asked for a better week."
