Albion Reserves ran up a cricket score to destroy Aldershot Reserves 12-2 at Worthing.
The youthful visitors were taken apart as Albion stormed into an extraordinary 6-2 interval lead.
Michel Kuipers took over in goal for Stuart Jones for the second half, but did not have to make a single save.
Jake Robinson enjoyed himself by hitting four goals and Albion led 2-0 after only eight minutes through a penalty by John Piercy and a low drive from Chris McPhee.
Luke Walker replied but a header by Gary Elphick and a flick from Daniel Beck put the Seagulls in complete control.
Robinson opened his account following good work by McPhee and, after Walker shot past keeper Jones for Aldershot's second, Robinson finished coolly to cap an all-action half.
Albion failed to add to their tally for the first 22 minutes after the break, but then doubled their score by pouring in six in the final 23 minutes.
Mark Windsor struck twice in two minutes before Robinson completed his hat-trick.
Robinson put his fourth into an empty net to bring up double figures and Dean Hammond got in on the act before Paul Reid finished from 20 yards.
Albion Reserves: Jones (Kuipers 45 mins); Reid, Mayo, Hinshelwood, Elphick, Hammond, Beck, Lee (Windsor 60 mins), Robinson, McPhee (Budd 60 mins), Piercy. Unused sub: Piper.
