Looking round the city this past month has given me a business idea. I now need backers. Here's the plan:

We specialise in digging holes in the road during the month of March and filling them up again before the end of the financial year.
Immaculate invoicing service will satisfy the most demanding local authority or other agency with underspent budgets.
We guarantee no hole digging between May and February. Large discounts for virtual hole digging.
It must be a winner.
