Albion are taking a chef with them on the coach to Blackpool, to make sure the players have the stomach for the promotion fight over Easter.
He will travel up with the players on Friday and be responsible for the on-board menu for the long journey to and from Lancashire.
Manager Mark McGhee is leaving nothing to chance as Albion aim for six points from Saturday's trip to Bloomfield Road and the home game against Rushden and Diamonds just 48 hours later.
"We are doing it in a bit of style and we are well organised for it," McGhee revealed.
"We are leaving on Friday morning and the chef will be with us on the coach.
"One of the massive aspects of two games in three days is the recovery, so we have got to make sure we eat the right food.
"He will serve us some food on the way up, then when we get up there we will go for a nice walk along the seafront.
"We will do the same on Saturday morning, then on the way back the chef will give the players the food they need to put the energy back into them."
Captain Danny Cullip is expected to resume training tomorrow and remains on course to return from thigh trouble at Blackpool.
McGhee said: "We don't know yet, but we are very hopeful he will be okay."
The fourth-placed Seagulls' promotion prospects are affected by two matches tonight.
Queens Park Rangers, currently five points better off in the second automatic spot, play their match in hand at Tranmere.
Hartlepool in ninth host Luton, the team immediately above them.
Hartlepool are nine points behind Albion with a game in hand, Luton seven with two in hand.
