I'm surprised at the extent of Jean Calder's ignorance regarding the Christian faith (The Argus, March 27/28).

Jesus Christ - a Jew born in Palestine - claimed to be the Son of God, a massive blasphemy at the time that has created a massive problem - not just for Jews - ever since.

Now Jean Calder and others want us to believe that Jesus "was executed, not by the Jews, but by the Romans."

Perhaps one reason why this lady cannot "see" a problem with the above statement is because of Matthew 7 v 1-5, which begins, "Judge not, that ye be not judged."
