Norman Cook's free concert was very good for tourism and got Brighton mentioned in the news.
However, perhaps it is good for the show not to be repeated. It put a strain on local hospitals and the lifeboat service.
It was a wonderful thing Fatboy Slim did to give something back and it did not cause as much chaos as one may have expected.
If he did an encore, a controlled venue with limited capacity would be the best for everyone in the city.
