Britain's most overpaid workers have been named and shamed.
Plumbers, failing fat cats and Premiership footballers featured prominently in the top 10 list compiled by executive magazine Management Today.
After-dinner speakers, private surgeons and celebrity hairdressers were also criticised but one hugely unpopular profession stood out when it came to making big money.
Estate agents were criticised for "sitting back" and watching house prices rocket along with their lucrative commissions.
The report said: "It doesn't take a genius to work out that over a period of intense house price inflation, estate agents can make an embarrassment of riches."
